Login
Initially, the app has a splash screen that displays the logo and tagline. The section provides self-registration. The customer can log in with their email or mobile number and password. Customers can also log in through Google and Facebook.
Search
The search module allows customers to find businesses, products, or services. The app provides several advanced search options including higher ratings, popularity, nearby business, special services, location, price range, and more.
Search Result page
The search result page displays the name, image, category, sub-category, location, and ratings. The customers can perform a few actions such as adding to favorites, expressing text comments, and checking profile details.
Business Profile
The business profile page shows the complete details of a business including its services with details. Customers can go through the business profile and check out the booking slots, submit booking requests, and make the necessary payment with a secured payment gateway. They can also check for the order and its status.
Review/ Rating
The customers can rate the services based on their experience. They can provide a minimum of 1 star and a maximum 5-star rating.
Business User Features
Registration
The module allows business owners to register their business with all the details including location, name, email, password, and phone number. Admins can also register the business on behalf of their business owners.
Profile
Business users can log in using their email or mobile number and password. The profile module allows you to update the business details.
Dashboard
The dashboard allows business owners to check the count and statistics. Businesses can check the number of bookings, total earnings, and total number of customers.
Back-End Application
The back-end admin panel has a login module, password module, dashboard, business management module, customer management module, view booking, view earning, and reports module.

The biggest challenge was to connect diverse service providers and customers with utmost perfection. Additionally, creating a unified booking management solution.
